My journey into breathwork

Hello, I’m Melanie, a holistic therapist with nearly 30 years of experience. As a proud member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), I have committed my life to fostering well-being in others.

My journey with breathwork began last year, and its remarkable impact on my own health inspired me to train as a Soulful Breathwork Facilitator. I now incorporate breathwork into my daily routine; even a brief 5-minute session can create a noticeable difference. However, I prioritise at least one more immersive, 45-minute session each week to deepen my practice.

My passion is to share the transformative benefits of breathwork with individuals and groups in Lincoln and beyond. My mission is to empower others to harness the power of their breath, enhancing well-being, reducing stress, and fostering self-awareness.

My unique approach

My breathwork journeys are designed to alleviate stress and anxiety while also promoting long-term regulation of the nervous system. These sessions enhance lung capacity, contributing to improved endurance in sports. Each breathwork journey aims to cultivate energy within the body, releasing emotional blockages and fostering a profound sense of well-being and grounding. Participants often find these experiences remarkably uplifting, guiding them back to their true essence.
